A Premium Prize Pool for Outstanding Minds

1. Eligibility

1. The competition is open to UG and PG students from any recognised College or University in Gujarat.
2. Students from all academic streams (technical & non-technical) are eligible.
3. Each team must consist of 2 members from the same College or University.
4. Only one team is allowed from one college or university.

2. Registration

1. Teams must register through the official registration link shared by The Resourceful Network.
2. All details submitted must be accurate and verified by the college's Faculty Coordinator.
3. Registration will close on 31st Jan 2026.
4. No changes in team members will be allowed after the final submission.

3. Rules during the Quiz

1. Teams must report 1 hour before the scheduled time.
2. The use of mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, or any other electronic devices is strictly prohibited unless specifically permitted for a particular round.
3. Answers once conveyed cannot be changed.
4. In case of a tie, tie-breaker questions will be used to determine the winner.
5. Decisions of the quizmaster/judging panel are final and binding.
6. The 2 winning teams at the state level will have an opportunity to compete at the Zonal level and represent the state. The 2 winning teams of the Zonal level will represent the Zonal team at the National Level.

4. Code of Conduct

1. Participants must maintain decorum and respect toward organisers, volunteers, and other teams.
2. Any form of misconduct, cheating, or inappropriate behaviour will lead to immediate disqualification.
3. Teams must follow all instructions given by the organisers during the event.

5. Scoring & Evaluation

1. Each round will carry different marking schemes communicated before the quiz.
2. Negative marking (if applicable) will be informed before the round begins.
3. Only top-scoring teams will advance to subsequent rounds.
4. The final score will determine the winners of the State-Level competition.

6. Certificates & Awards

State-level winners will receive:

• Trophies
• Recognition badges
• Ecosystem interaction opportunities
• Teams qualifying for the Zonal Round will be recognised as Official Representatives of the State

7. Rights & Permissions

1. The organisers reserve the right to use event photos, videos, and participant details for promotional or educational purposes.
2. The Resourceful Network may modify rules or structure if required for the smooth conduct of the competition.
3. Any disputes will be handled by an internal committee, and its decision will remain final.

8. Disqualification Criteria

Teams may be disqualified for:

1. Violation of eligibility criteria
2. Use of unfair means or external assistance
3. Misconduct or disrespectful behaviour
4. Providing false information during registration
5. Failure to adhere to timelines and instructions
